How does the free trial work?
Pursuit comes with a 14-day free trial, including 20 voice roleplay minutes. You add a card when you start it, and you're not charged until the trial ends. We email you before it ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't pay anything. If you don't cancel, your plan starts on the billing you chose, monthly or annual. Each person can have one trial.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Plan and billing in your account. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. Monthly plans aren't refunded for the part of a month that's left.
Can I get a refund on an annual plan?
Yes, in full, if you ask within 14 days of the annual charge. After that the plan runs to the end of its year and isn't refunded.
What happens if I run out of voice minutes?
Text roleplay and everything else keep working. You can buy 30 more voice minutes for $19, up to 5 packs a month, or wait for your minutes to reset on your next billing day. Minutes you buy don't expire while your plan is active, but they end when it does. Top-ups aren't available during the trial.
Can my employer pay for it?
Yes. Every payment comes with a proper invoice you can submit as an expense. If several people at your company use Top Pursuit, Team Pursuit is usually the better deal.
How are Team Pursuit seats billed?
Every person on the team takes a seat, managers and admins included, with a minimum of 3. Seats you add during your term are charged right away for the time that's left. Seats you remove come off at your next renewal. Once you have 10 or more seats, every seat drops to $49 a month.
Do prices include tax?
No. GST/HST is added at checkout based on your billing address, and it's shown on every invoice.
